White label web development lets an agency sell more websites than its own team can build. You keep the client, the relationship, the pricing and the credit. As your white label web development agency, we build the site behind the scenes, to your specification and your standards, and hand it back ready for you to present as your own work. Your client never hears our name.
Agencies usually come to us for one of three reasons: they sold more projects than their developers can deliver this quarter, they sell design and marketing but have no in-house development at all, or a client asked for a platform the team does not know, such as Shopify for a WordPress shop. In each case the answer is the same: extra delivery capacity that behaves like part of your agency.
Our White Label Web Development Services
- WordPress websites: custom themes or block-based builds from your Figma designs, with an editor your clients can actually use.
- Shopify stores: theme customization and Online Store 2.0 builds, product imports, app setup and launch checks.
- WooCommerce stores: product catalogs, payment and shipping setup, and custom plugin work.
- Webflow sites: marketing sites with CMS collections, interactions and clean class naming your designers can maintain.
- Landing pages: campaign pages built fast for your ad and CRO clients, with tracking in place before launch.
- Website redesigns: white label web design services and rebuilds that keep URLs, redirects and SEO signals intact.
- Maintenance and support: ongoing updates, backups, fixes and small changes for the sites you have already sold, billed monthly or hourly.
If you need a developer embedded full-time in your agency rather than project-based white label development services, see our dedicated developers page. For Shopify-heavy agencies, you can also hire Shopify developers by the month.
How White Label Development Works
- Partner setup (once, about 1 week). We sign your NDA (or provide ours) and agree how we will work: which project tool, which communication channel, who on your side approves work, and your coding and QA standards if you have them.
- Project intake (estimate within 2 to 3 business days). For each project you send the brief, designs or wireframes, content and access details. We come back with questions, an estimate and a delivery date before work starts, so you can quote your client with confidence.
- Build on staging (typically 2 to 4 weeks for a brochure site, longer for stores). We build on your staging environment or on a neutral staging domain with no reference to 95 Solutions. You get preview links you can forward to your client as your own.
- Internal QA (2 to 3 days). Before you see anything, the site goes through our checklist (below). You get a short QA report so you can see what was tested.
- Revisions through you (usually 1 to 2 weeks, depending on client feedback). Your client's feedback comes to us through you, and we turn it around within the agreed revision rounds. We do not join client calls unless you invite us, and when we do, we join as part of your team.
- Launch and handover (launch day plus 1 to 2 days). We launch on your schedule, then hand over a documentation pack in your template: logins, how to edit content, plugins or apps used and any maintenance notes.
How We Stay Invisible to Your Client
White label only works if nothing leads back to the subcontractor. Our rules on every white label project:
- No footer credits, "built by" links, code comments or theme author fields with our name
- Admin accounts, usernames and emails named as you specify, never with our company name
- Staging on your servers or a neutral domain, never on a 95 Solutions subdomain
- Documentation, QA reports and handover files in your format or on your letterhead
- All communication through you, unless you set up a shared channel under your agency's name
- We will not approach your clients, and we are happy to put that in writing in a non-solicitation clause
Our QA Checklist Before Handover
An agency's reputation rides on every site we deliver, so nothing reaches you until it has passed these checks:
| Area | What we check |
|---|---|
| Responsive layout | Common phone, tablet and desktop widths in Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge |
| Forms and email | Every form submits, notifications arrive, spam protection is on and thank-you states work |
| Speed | PageSpeed Insights on key templates, images compressed and sized, unused scripts removed |
| SEO basics | Unique titles and meta descriptions, one H1 per page, XML sitemap, robots.txt, redirects from old URLs on redesigns |
| Tracking | GA4 and Google Tag Manager installed, key conversions firing, cookie consent in place where required |
| Accessibility basics | Alt text, color contrast, heading order, keyboard navigation and form labels |
| Security and backups | Plugins or apps up to date, admin accounts limited, SSL active, backup schedule set |
| Content | No placeholder text or images, links working, legal pages present |
White Label Web Development Deliverables for Every Project
| Deliverable | What it means for your agency |
|---|---|
| Written estimate and delivery date | You can quote your client and set your margin before any work starts |
| Unbranded staging site | Preview links you can forward as your own, on your server or a neutral domain |
| QA report | Proof of what was tested, which you can share with your client under your name |
| Launched site with redirects and tracking | SEO signals kept on redesigns and conversions recorded from launch day |
| Handover pack in your template | Logins, editing guide, plugin or app list and maintenance notes, ready to send |
| Source files | Theme code in a Git repository or exported files, owned by the client as agreed in your contract |
What success looks like for a white label partner
Your project managers get answers the same day, sites arrive on the agreed date having passed QA, revision rounds stay within what you sold, and your client never sees a trace of a subcontractor. Over a few projects, you should be able to quote new work from our past estimates with confidence. We review delivery dates and revision counts with you every quarter so problems show up early.
Setting Your Margin on White Label Projects
You set the price your client pays, and we never see it. We give you an estimate and a delivery date for each project before you quote, so your margin is fixed before work starts rather than eaten by overruns. When you price, include the work that stays with your agency: account management, client calls, chasing content and your own review of our build. Changes your client asks for after sign-off are estimated separately, so you decide whether to absorb them or bill them on.

White Label Digital Marketing Alongside Development
Many agencies that sell websites also want to sell the marketing that follows the launch. Because 95 Solutions runs SEO, paid media, analytics and email as well as development, we can support white label digital marketing under the same rules: your brand, your reports, no client contact.
- White label SEO: technical audits, on-page work, content and reporting delivered as your agency's work.
- Paid media support: Google Ads and Meta Ads builds and management behind your brand, with reports in your template.
- Tracking setup: GA4, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking for your clients' new sites, done before launch rather than months later.
The strategy behind these services is covered on our digital marketing pages. For white label arrangements, we agree the scope per client.
White Label Development vs In-House Developers vs Freelancers
| Option | Best for | Watch out for |
|---|---|---|
| In-house developers | Agencies with steady, predictable build volume on one platform | Salaries continue in quiet months, and new platforms need new hires |
| Freelancers | Occasional overflow on small jobs | Availability during your busy season, no QA process, no cover, and branding slips such as their name in the footer |
| White label development partner | Variable volume, several platforms, and agencies that want QA and process included | You still own the client relationship, so briefs and feedback must come through your team |
Many agencies use a mix: one or two in-house developers for core work and a white label partner for overflow and platforms they do not cover.
How to Choose a White Label Web Development Partner
- Ask for a sample QA report and handover pack. These show how careful the partner is better than any portfolio.
- Check how they stay invisible. Ask about footer credits, admin usernames, staging domains and code comments. Vague answers mean your client may find out.
- Send a small paid test project first. A landing page or a minor redesign shows communication, speed and quality without risking a big client.
- Confirm the working hours. A partner who answers a day later turns every revision into a two-day loop.
- Read the non-solicitation terms. A partner who will not sign one is telling you something.
Why Agencies Choose 95 Solutions for White Label Web Development
- We run our own sites. Our team wrote the custom PHP and SQLite CMS behind this website and Boiler Decoder, and co-builds the AM Jarvis SaaS. We build to the standard we expect on our own properties.
- Senior-led delivery. Mustafa has 11+ years in digital marketing and oversees every partner account, so you have one senior contact who understands both the build and the marketing your client is paying for.
- Development that respects SEO. Redesigns keep URLs and redirects in order, and new builds launch with clean structure and tracking, which protects your agency when the client's marketing team looks closely.
- Hours that suit US and UK agencies. Our working hours overlap UK business hours and the full US business day, so questions from your project managers get answers the same day.
- Clean contracting. Contracts and invoices from our US LLC in USD, and your clients own their sites, domains and accounts from launch.
Agencies That Fit Our White Label Model
A good fit
- Design and branding agencies that sell websites but do not want in-house developers
- Marketing and SEO agencies whose clients need new sites or landing pages
- Web agencies with more signed projects than developer capacity
- Freelance designers and consultants who want a reliable build partner
Probably not a fit
- Agencies that want us to pitch to or sell to their clients directly
- Projects with no designs, content or decision-maker on the agency side
- Very low-budget template installs where margin depends on minimal testing
White Label Web Development Pricing
White label work is priced in two ways. Agencies with a steady flow of projects book a dedicated developer at a monthly rate and use the hours across clients. Agencies with occasional projects use the hourly option or get a fixed quote per project. Project quotes depend on the platform, the number of unique page templates, ecommerce features and product imports, integrations, how complete the designs and content are when we start, and the number of revision rounds you sold. All plans are billed in USD, and dedicated plans have a short minimum term.
Full-time means 160 hours a month on your work only, during hours that overlap with your team.

Next Step: Start a White Label Web Development Partnership
Pick a project you are quoting now, or one you delivered recently, and send us the brief and designs. We reply within one business day, walk through it on a short call with your project lead, and send a written estimate with a delivery date and the assumptions behind it. If the numbers work for your margin, we sign your NDA and start on the first project. Send a sample brief to see how we would handle it.
