AI automation services are worth paying for when they remove work your team repeats every day, not when they add a chatbot for the sake of it. Most of the value we find sits in unglamorous places: orders copied from email into a spreadsheet, invoices typed into accounting software, leads that wait a day for someone to enrich and route them, and weekly reports assembled by hand from five dashboards. Automating those steps frees hours every week and removes the typos that come with manual data entry.
We combine two kinds of automation. Rule-based workflow automation moves data between systems when something happens. AI steps handle the parts rules cannot: reading an unstructured email, classifying a support ticket, extracting line items from a PDF, or drafting a reply for a person to approve. The skill is knowing which is which, and keeping AI out of the steps where a wrong answer is expensive.
What Are AI Automation Services?
AI automation services are done-for-you projects that find repetitive work in your business and hand it to software: workflow tools that move data between systems, plus AI models that read, classify, extract or draft where fixed rules fall short. A provider typically audits your processes, designs and builds the workflows, connects them to your existing tools, adds review steps and monitoring, and maintains them as your systems change. You pay for working AI automation solutions, not software licenses.
Our AI Automation Services
| Service | What it covers |
|---|---|
| Automation audit | We map your recurring processes, estimate the hours each one takes, and rank them by value and risk. You get a written roadmap whether or not we build it. |
| Workflow automation | Multi-step workflows in n8n, Zapier or Make that connect your CRM, ecommerce platform, accounting, email and spreadsheets. |
| AI agent development | Agents that use tools and APIs to complete multi-step tasks, such as researching leads or triaging catalog issues, with approval steps before anything is changed. |
| AI chatbot development | Website, WhatsApp and internal chatbots grounded in your own documents and data, with a clean handoff to a person. |
| Document and data extraction | Pulling structured data from invoices, purchase orders, forms and emails into your systems, with validation and a review queue for low-confidence results. |
| Ecommerce automation | Product data enrichment, feed fixes, order routing, inventory alerts and customer service triage for Shopify and WooCommerce stores. |
| Reporting automation | Scheduled reports and alerts pulled from ad platforms, analytics and sales data, often feeding Looker Studio marketing dashboards. |
| CRM and sales automation | Lead capture, enrichment, scoring, routing and follow-up tasks, whether in HubSpot, Pipedrive or a custom CRM. |
Business Process Automation: What to Automate First
Business process automation pays off fastest on tasks that meet four tests. We score every candidate against them in the audit.
- Volume. The task happens many times a week. Automating something done twice a month rarely repays the build.
- Clear inputs and outputs. You can describe what goes in and what should come out, even if the middle takes judgment.
- Stable process. The steps have not changed in months. Automating a process that is still being worked out locks in the wrong version.
- Tolerable errors. A mistake is either cheap or caught by a review step. Anything touching payments, legal commitments or customer promises gets a human approval.
Typical first projects include routing inbound leads from forms and ads into a CRM with enrichment, turning supplier invoices into accounting entries, syncing orders between a store and a fulfillment system, and generating a weekly performance summary from ad and analytics data. Our article on business process automation examples walks through more of them.
n8n, Zapier, Make or Custom Code?
The platform matters less than the design of your workflow automation solutions, but it does affect cost, control and who can maintain the workflow after we hand it over. We pick per workflow, and often use more than one.
| Option | Best for | Trade-offs |
|---|---|---|
| Zapier | Fast builds, the widest catalog of app integrations, teams who want to edit simple automations themselves. | Billed by task, so high-volume workflows get expensive. Complex branching and error handling are harder to manage. |
| n8n | High-volume or complex workflows, code steps in JavaScript or Python, AI agent nodes, and self-hosting when data must stay on your servers. | Self-hosting means you own updates, backups and uptime. The interface is more technical for non-developers. |
| Make | Visual multi-branch scenarios with good data mapping at a moderate price. | Large scenarios become hard to read and debug. |
| Custom code | Very high volume, strict performance needs, or logic that belongs inside your own application. | Needs a developer to change. Highest control, lowest running cost at scale. |
Working with us as an n8n automation agency
For n8n projects we can deploy a self-hosted instance with Docker on your own server or use n8n Cloud. Self-hosted builds come with queue mode for heavier workloads, error workflows that alert you in Slack or email, and credentials stored in your instance rather than ours.
Hiring us as a Zapier expert
Zapier accounts often grow into dozens of Zaps nobody fully understands. We audit existing Zaps, consolidate duplicates, add filters so you stop paying for tasks that do nothing, and move the heaviest workflows to n8n or code when volume makes Zapier uneconomical. Our n8n vs Zapier comparison covers the decision in more detail.
How We Deliver Workflow Automation Services
- Audit and map (1 to 2 weeks). We interview the people who do the work, record the current steps and the exceptions, and measure how long each task takes. The output is a ranked list of automation candidates with estimated hours saved, using your own numbers.
- Design (2 to 4 days per workflow). For each workflow we define the trigger, the data at every step, where AI is used, what counts as a failure and who reviews what. You approve the design before we build.
- Build and test (1 to 2 weeks per workflow). We build in a test environment or on test data, then run real historical examples through the workflow and compare the output with what your team actually did.
- Human-in-the-loop launch (2 to 4 weeks of review). New workflows start with a review step, so a person approves the output before it takes effect. As accuracy is proven, the review becomes spot checks.
- Monitor and hand over (ongoing). Every workflow logs its runs and alerts on failure. We document each one in plain language and record a short walkthrough, then either hand over or keep maintaining it on a monthly plan.
AI Automation Deliverables and How We Measure Success
Each automation engagement leaves you with assets you can inspect and keep:
- The audit report: every process reviewed, time spent per task, risk level and a ranked roadmap.
- Working workflows in your own n8n, Zapier or Make account, or code in your repository, running on your API keys.
- A one-page design per workflow showing the trigger, each step, where AI is used, who reviews what and what happens on failure.
- Run logs and failure alerts routed to a named person in Slack or email.
- Prompt and model settings stored with version notes, so a change in output can be traced to a change in configuration.
- Plain-language documentation and a recorded walkthrough for each workflow.
Success is measured against the baseline from the audit. We track runs per week, the share of runs that complete without a person stepping in, how often reviewers edit AI output, failures and how fast they were cleared, and model cost per run. Hours saved come from comparing task time before and after, using your team's own records. We report these numbers as they are and do not promise savings before the baseline exists.
Where AI Helps and Where It Does Not
Large language models are very good at reading messy text, classifying it, extracting fields, summarizing and drafting. They are unreliable at arithmetic, exact lookups and anything where a confident wrong answer causes damage. We design around that.
- Structured output. We ask models for JSON that matches a defined schema and validate it before it reaches your systems. Invalid output goes to a review queue instead of into your CRM.
- Right model for the job. Cheaper, faster models handle simple classification. Stronger models handle reasoning and drafting. This keeps running costs predictable.
- Your keys, your costs. Workflows run on your own Claude, OpenAI or Gemini API accounts, so you see usage directly and keep control if you part ways with us. AM Jarvis, the SaaS product Mustafa co-builds, works the same way, supporting Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, DeepSeek and Groq keys.
- Data handling. OpenAI and Anthropic both state that data sent through their APIs is not used to train their models by default. We still check each provider's current terms for your use case and keep sensitive fields out of prompts where they are not needed.
Platform, Agency or In-House: Three Ways to Buy AI Automation
There are three common routes. You can subscribe to a platform such as Zapier, Make or n8n and build workflows yourself, which is cheapest when someone on your team has the time and a technical bent. You can hire one of the AI automation companies to audit, build and maintain workflows, which suits teams without spare technical capacity. Or you can hire an automation engineer in-house once the volume of work justifies a full-time role.
Many clients mix them: we build and document the critical workflows, and their own staff maintain the simple ones inside the same account.
Starting AI automation on a free tier
You can test simple workflows at no platform cost: Zapier and Make both offer free plans with limited monthly runs, and n8n's community edition can be self-hosted for free on your own server. Model APIs charge per use, so a small pilot costs little. Free tiers suit experiments with low volume. Once a workflow handles real orders, invoices or customer messages, budget for a paid plan with proper logging and error handling.
AI Automation Use Cases by Industry
- Ecommerce. Supplier price lists turned into product updates, order exceptions flagged before they ship late, review and ticket triage, and Merchant Center feed issues caught daily.
- Agencies. Client reporting pulled from ad and analytics platforms, onboarding checklists that create folders, tasks and access requests, and time entries matched to projects.
- Professional services. Intake forms classified and routed, documents checked for missing fields, and engagement letters drafted from CRM data for a person to approve.
- Distribution and trade. Purchase orders read from email attachments into the ERP or accounting system, with mismatched prices or quantities held for review.
- Real estate and property services. Inquiry routing, viewing scheduling and maintenance requests sorted by urgency.
Content agency workflow automation tools
Content agencies run a repeatable chain: brief, outline, draft, edit, client approval, publishing and reporting. We automate the handoffs between those stages using n8n or Make with Airtable or Google Sheets as the tracker, Google Docs for drafts, and the WordPress or Webflow APIs for publishing. AI steps can produce first-draft outlines and metadata, but editors still own every draft, and the workflow records who approved what and when.
How to Choose an AI Automation Agency: Five Questions
- Will you start with an audit? A provider that builds before mapping your processes is guessing which workflows matter.
- Whose accounts will everything run in? Workflows, API keys and logs should be in your accounts, so you can change providers without rebuilding.
- Where will a person review the output? Ask for the review points in writing, especially around money, customer messages and legal commitments.
- How will we know a workflow failed? Expect alerts, run logs and a review queue, not a dashboard someone has to remember to check.
- What does it cost to run each month? A good answer separates platform fees, model usage and support time.
AI Automation Mistakes That Waste Budget
- Starting with a chatbot. A customer-facing bot is the most visible and riskiest first project. Back-office data handling usually saves more hours with less exposure.
- Using the strongest model for every step. Simple classification on a premium model multiplies running costs for no gain in accuracy.
- Free-text output into business systems. Without a schema and validation, one malformed response can write nonsense into a CRM or ledger.
- Workflows nobody owns. When the person who built a Zap leaves, nobody knows what it does. Every workflow we deliver has a named owner and documentation.

Why Choose 95 Solutions for AI Automation
- We automate our own businesses first. Boiler Decoder runs on a CMS our team wrote with drip-feed publishing, IndexNow pings and automated Search Console keyword reporting. AM Jarvis automates product imports, AI rewriting and Merchant Center fixes for stores. We test automation patterns on our own properties before using them on yours.
- Senior-led. Mustafa leads every engagement, bringing a Computer Science degree and 11+ years in digital marketing, so automations are designed around the numbers your business cares about.
- You own every workflow. Workflows live in your n8n, Zapier or Make account, on your API keys, with documentation you can hand to anyone.
- Transparent pricing and short terms. A fixed-price audit, fixed-price builds, and an optional monthly plan with a short minimum term. USD contracts from our US LLC.
- Hours that overlap yours. We work across UK business hours and the full US business day, so a broken workflow does not wait until tomorrow.
Who Should Hire an AI Automation Agency
A good fit
- Ecommerce brands, agencies and service businesses where staff spend hours a week moving data between tools.
- Teams with an existing tangle of Zaps or scripts that fail silently and need rebuilding properly.
- Companies that want to use AI on real operational work, with review steps and measurable outcomes.
Probably not a fit
- Processes that change every week. Stabilize the process first, then automate it.
- Requests to fully replace people with AI on judgment-heavy or regulated decisions without human review.
- Very low-volume tasks where the build cost would never pay back.
AI Automation Pricing
We price AI automation services in three ways: a fixed-price automation audit that produces your roadmap, fixed-price builds for individual workflows or bundles, and a monthly automation partner plan for ongoing builds, monitoring and fixes with a short minimum term. The plans below show each starting point.
Build cost depends on the number of workflows and steps, how many systems they touch and whether those systems have reliable APIs, how much unstructured input the AI steps must handle, and the review and error handling the risk calls for. Running costs (platform subscription and model usage) are billed to your own accounts and depend mostly on volume and model choice.
