Frequently Asked Questions About Working With 95 Solutions

Straight answers about who we work with, how we price, how contracts work and what you can expect from us.

This page answers the questions businesses ask most before working with 95 Solutions: how to get started and what we need from you, how pricing, contracts and payment work, who owns your accounts and data, how soon results show, working with us from outside the US, how we communicate and report, and what happens if you leave.

Most of the questions we get before a first call are about how the relationship works rather than about tactics: contracts, ownership, reporting, time zones and what happens if you want to leave. The answers below are the same ones we give on calls, written down so you can read them first.

If you want detail on a specific service, the service pages each have their own questions and answers. For the step-by-step engagement process, see how we work, and for plans, see our pricing page. If your question is not covered here, send us a message and we will reply within one business day.

Questions and answers

How do I get started with 95 Solutions?
Start with a free audit or a strategy call. Request a free audit of your SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads or tracking, or send us a message to book a call. If there is a fit, we send a written proposal with fixed scope and price. Once you sign, onboarding begins with an access checklist, and the first 30 days focus on fixing tracking and shipping quick wins.
What do you need from us to get started?
Four things: access, a decision maker, business context and a baseline. Access means user access to GA4, Search Console, your ad accounts, your store or CMS and your email platform, all registered to your business. The decision maker approves plans, creative and budgets within a few business days. Context covers margins, stock, launches and promotions. The baseline is recent revenue, leads or traffic, so progress is measured against something real.
How is your pricing structured?
By type of work. Ongoing marketing is a monthly retainer. Ads management is a flat monthly fee by ad spend band, plus a percentage only on spend above a set level. Websites, audits and tracking setups are fixed price. Software starts with a paid discovery sprint that is credited to the build. Dedicated staff are billed monthly per person. All current plans are listed on our pricing page.
Is there a minimum contract term?
Yes, 3 months on marketing retainers. The first month is mostly setup, and changes need time to show in the data. After that, retainers run month to month, and either side can end them with 30 days notice. Fixed-price projects run until the final milestone and the support window stated in the proposal. There are no exit fees.
What does the contract look like?
A written proposal or statement of work that you sign before any work or billing starts. It lists the deliverables, price, minimum term, milestones for projects, what we need from you and what is out of scope. If the scope changes later, we put the change in writing with its price before doing the work. Our terms of service summarize the general terms behind every engagement.
How do payments work?
You pay 95 Solutions LLC in US dollars by Zelle, bank transfer (ACH or wire), Wise or PayPal. Every invoice lists the details, and our payment methods page explains each option. Retainers are invoiced monthly, fixed-price projects by milestone, and dedicated staff monthly. Ad spend never goes through us: you pay Google, Meta and other platforms directly from accounts registered to your business, so our invoices only ever show our own fees.
Who owns the ad accounts, analytics, code and data?
You do. Ad accounts, GA4 properties, Search Console, Merchant Center, your store, email platform, domain and code, and all the data inside them, are registered to your business, and we are added as users. If an account does not exist, we create it in your name. Code and content we produce transfer to you on payment, and nothing is held back if you leave.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the channel. Tracking fixes show in your reports straight away, paid media changes usually show within the first few weeks, email flows start working as soon as they go live, and SEO normally takes several months to show in traffic (see how long SEO takes). By the end of the 3 month minimum there is usually enough data to judge whether the work is paying back. We never promise specific numbers.
Do you work with businesses outside the US?
Yes. Besides the United States, we work with businesses in the UK, Canada, Australia and the UAE. Our working hours overlap UK business hours and the full US business day, contracts and invoices are in USD from our US LLC, and we handle multi-country setups where a store sells into several markets, with currency, shipping and language differences built into the account structure and the site.
How often do you report, and what is in a report?
Monthly, with a live dashboard in between. You get a Looker Studio dashboard connected to your data sources that you can open any time, a written monthly summary, a monthly call and a quarterly planning session. The summary covers what we did, what changed in the numbers, what we think caused it and what comes next, including metrics that went the wrong way.
How do we communicate day to day?
Through a shared Slack channel with the people doing your work, plus email. Calls happen on Google Meet or Zoom, and we record short Loom videos to explain changes that are easier to show than describe. You get a reply within one business day, and urgent problems such as a broken checkout or a suspended ad account are handled the same day.
Can we change scope or stop a service during an engagement?
Yes. Scope changes are agreed in writing with their price before the work starts, and you can move between plan levels at the start of a billing month. After the 3 month minimum, any retainer can be stopped with 30 days notice, so you can drop a channel that is not earning its place without ending everything else. Quarterly planning calls are the natural point to review this.
What happens if we decide to leave?
You keep everything, and we hand over properly. After the minimum term, you give 30 days notice. During that period we finish in-progress work, document campaigns, tracking and site changes, transfer anything we created on your behalf and remove our access when you ask. There are no exit fees and nothing to buy back.
Do you guarantee rankings or results?
No. Search engines and ad platforms decide rankings and ad delivery, and competitors, seasonality and your offer all affect results. Anyone guaranteeing page one or a fixed return on ad spend is either guessing or taking risks with your site. What we do commit to is the agreed scope, honest reporting and a clear explanation of what is working and what is not.
Do you use AI in your work?
Yes, where it helps. We use AI tools for research, data analysis, first drafts and repetitive tasks, and we build AI automation for clients. Every deliverable is reviewed by a senior person before it reaches you, and nothing is published or changed in your accounts without human review. If your business has rules about AI use, we will follow them.
Will you sign an NDA and keep our information confidential?
Yes. Our proposals include confidentiality terms as standard, and we are happy to sign your own NDA before a discovery call or audit. We do not share your data, results or plans with other clients, and we never publish your name, logo or results in a case study without your written permission.
