Privacy Policy

What personal information we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it and the rights you have over it.

This privacy policy explains how 95 Solutions LLC collects and uses personal information when you visit this website, contact us, book a call or request an audit. In short: we collect only what we need to reply and to run the site, our own analytics are cookie-free and never store IP addresses, and we do not sell your information.

This policy applies to the website at 95solutions.com and to the enquiries, audit requests and bookings made through it. Personal information you share with us as a client under a signed agreement is also covered by the confidentiality and data terms of that agreement.

Who Operates This Website

This website is operated by 95 Solutions LLC, a company registered in the United States. For the purposes of UK and EU data protection law, 95 Solutions LLC is the controller of the personal information described in this policy. You can reach us about anything in this policy at support@95solutions.com.

Personal Information We Collect

Information you give us

  • Contact and lead forms: the details you enter, such as your name, email address, company, website and the service you are interested in.
  • Messages: the content of messages you send through the site or by email, including any files or account details you choose to share.
  • Bookings: when you book a call, the booking tool records your name, email address, chosen time and any notes you add.
  • Audit requests: your website URL and, if you choose to grant it, read-only access to accounts such as Google Ads, Meta Ads or GA4.

Information collected automatically

We run our own first-party analytics, built into the software this website runs on. It does not use cookies and does not store IP addresses. When a page loads, we record the page viewed, the referring website, the device type, browser, operating system, country and time on page. Visitors are counted using a hash made from a secret value, the date, the IP address and the browser user agent. The hash changes every day and cannot be reversed to reveal the IP address, so we cannot follow a visitor from one day to the next. Country is worked out from the IP address with an offline database, so the IP address is never sent to a third party.

Google Analytics

If Google Analytics 4 is enabled on this site, it runs only after you give consent through the cookie banner. GA4 uses cookies and sends data to Google, which is covered by Google's own privacy policy. If you do not consent, GA4 does not set its analytics cookies.

Normal visitors to this site do not receive any cookie from our own software. The only cookies it sets are for signed-in site administrators.

Why We Use Your Information

  • To reply to your enquiry, prepare an audit or proposal, and hold the calls you book.
  • To provide services under an agreement, including invoicing and account management.
  • To understand which pages are useful and improve the website, using aggregated analytics.
  • To keep the site secure and prevent spam and abuse.
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not use your information for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you filled in a form.

Legal Bases for UK and EEA Visitors

If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, we rely on these legal bases under the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR:

  • Contract: to take steps you ask for before an agreement, such as preparing a proposal, and to deliver services once you are a client.
  • Legitimate interests: to reply to enquiries, run cookie-free analytics, and keep the site secure. We have balanced these interests against your rights, and the analytics are designed not to identify you.
  • Consent: for Google Analytics cookies, where enabled. You can withdraw consent at any time.
  • Legal obligation: to keep business and tax records.

How Long We Keep Personal Information

  • Enquiries and messages that do not lead to work are deleted within 24 months of our last contact.
  • Client records are kept for the length of the engagement and afterward for as long as tax and accounting rules require.
  • Raw page view records from our own analytics are deleted automatically after about 13 months. Aggregated totals that cannot identify anyone may be kept longer.
  • Read-only access granted for an audit should be removed by you once the audit is delivered, and we do not keep copies of account data beyond what appears in the audit itself.

Who We Share Personal Information With

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, under contracts that limit their use of it:

  • our website hosting provider, which stores the site and its database
  • our email provider, which carries and stores email
  • our booking tool, which schedules calls
  • Google, only if GA4 is enabled and you have consented

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights in a legal dispute. As a US company, we may process your information in the United States. Where UK or EU law requires it, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Your Privacy Rights

You can ask us to confirm what personal information we hold about you, give you a copy, correct it or delete it. If you are in the UK or EEA, you also have the right to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, to withdraw consent, and to complain to your data protection authority, which in the UK is the Information Commissioner's Office.

California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose, the right to delete it, the right to correct it, and the right to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information, and we will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.

To make a request, email support@95solutions.com. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on it, and we will respond within the time the law requires.

How We Secure Personal Information

The site is served over HTTPS, admin access is protected and rate-limited, and access to enquiries and client data is limited to the people who need it. No system is completely secure, but we keep the information we collect to a minimum, which limits what could ever be exposed.

Children's Privacy

This website and our services are intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes that affect clients will also be communicated directly. For how we work with clients more generally, see our terms of service.
