Link Building Services With White-Hat Outreach Only

Editorial links from real, relevant websites, pointed at the pages that earn you money, with every placement reported so you can check it yourself.

Our link building services earn editorial links from real, relevant websites through manual outreach, digital PR and content worth citing. We never use private blog networks, link farms or hidden paid links. Every link is reported with its URL, the page it points to and its anchor text, and links are aimed at the pages that drive your revenue.

Link building services exist because links from other websites are still one of the main ways search engines judge whether a page deserves to rank. They are also the part of SEO with the most bad actors. Much of what is sold as a backlink building service is guest posts on sites that exist only to sell guest posts, or links from networks of expired domains. Those links can work for a while, then vanish or trigger a manual action from Google.

We run white-hat outreach only, as part of our wider SEO services or as a standalone link building outreach service. The test we apply to every placement is simple: would you want this link if Google did not exist? If it would send relevant visitors or put your brand in front of the right readers, it is worth having.

  • Manual outreach. Individual pitches to editors and site owners in your niche, offering content, data or expertise their readers will use. Placements on real blogs and publications run through our blogger outreach services.
  • Digital PR. Newsworthy angles, original data and expert commentary pitched to journalists and trade publications, delivered by our digital PR agency team.
  • Guest posting. Useful articles written for relevant publications that accept contributors and hold editorial standards, through our guest posting services.
  • Resource page links. Getting your guides and tools listed on curated resource pages in your industry, covered by our resource page link building service.
  • Link gap analysis. Finding the sites that link to several competitors but not to you, which become the first outreach targets. See our link gap analysis service.
  • Local citations. Accurate business listings on the directories that matter in your country and industry, through our local citation building service.
  • Linkable assets. Calculators, guides and data pages built to attract citations. Our own ROAS calculator is an example of a tool made to be referenced.
  • Unlinked brand mentions and lost links. Finding articles that mention your brand without linking, and redirecting your old URLs that still have backlinks. This is our link reclamation service.
  • Broken link building. Offering your working page to sites that link to dead resources on other domains, through our broken link building service.
  • Supplier and partner links. Manufacturer stockist pages, partner listings and industry associations you already qualify for but have never claimed.
  • Off page SEO beyond links. Brand mentions, reviews and citations. For location-based businesses this overlaps with our local SEO services.

Google's spam policies describe link schemes in detail, and we stay out of all of them:

  • No private blog networks (PBNs), and no links from expired domains rebuilt to pass authority.
  • No paid links disguised as editorial. If a publisher charges for a placement, the link carries rel="sponsored".
  • No large-scale link exchanges, link wheels or reciprocal link pages.
  • No comment, forum or profile spam.
  • No link insertions into old articles on sites that sell them to anyone who asks.

This makes white-hat link building slower and harder than buying a package of guest posts. It also means your rankings are not built on links that can be devalued overnight.

SignalGood signRed flag
RelevanceThe site covers your industry or your customers' interests. It publishes on casinos, crypto and home loans in the same week.
TrafficSteady organic traffic in Ahrefs or Semrush.High domain rating with almost no traffic.
Editorial standardsContent is edited, and links are given, not sold.A public price list for "dofollow posts".
PlacementA link in the body of a relevant article.Footer, sidebar or author bio only.
Anchor textYour brand name or natural descriptive wording. An exact-match commercial phrase every time.
  1. Backlink and competitor review (weeks 1 to 2). We review your current links and those of competitors ranking above you in Ahrefs, looking for the kinds of sites that link in your industry and the gaps you can realistically close.
  2. Choose target pages (week 2). We decide which pages links should support, usually key category or service pages plus assets built to earn links. Internal links then pass that authority to pages that are harder to link to directly.
  3. Prospect by hand (weeks 2 to 4, then every month). We build a prospect list and check each site for real organic traffic, topical relevance and editorial standards. Sites that openly sell posts and have no real readers are removed.
  4. Outreach (from week 3 or 4, ongoing). Pitches are written individually and sent from a named person, with follow-ups tracked in our outreach tool. Each pitch offers something useful: a data point, an expert quote, a resource or a fix for a broken link.
  5. Report every link (every month). Each live link is logged with its URL, date, referring domain metrics, target page and anchor text, so you can check every one yourself.

Editorial outreach is slower to start than buying placements. Replies, edits and publishing schedules mean the first live links usually appear in the second month, and volume becomes steadier from the third month as relationships and follow-ups build up.

  • Link log. Every live link with its URL, publish date, referring domain, organic traffic estimate, target page, anchor text and rel attribute, in a sheet you keep.
  • Prospect and outreach report. Sites contacted, replies, rejections and placements in progress, so you can see the work behind each link.
  • Target page plan. The pages links are pointed at, agreed with you and tied to your keyword map.
  • Anchor text summary. The mix of brand, URL and descriptive anchors across new links, kept natural.
  • Monthly review. Referring domains gained to target pages, links lost or changed, and the plan for next month.

Success is a growing number of relevant referring domains pointing at the pages that matter, from sites with real readers, and those pages gaining impressions and positions for their target queries in Search Console. Some links also send referral traffic you can see in GA4. Rankings depend on content quality and competition as well as links, so we report the inputs honestly and do not promise positions.

TacticBest forEffort and pace
Editorial and blogger outreachSteady links from niche blogs and publications to service and category pages.Moderate effort per link, steady monthly volume once running.
Digital PRBrands with data, opinions or stories that journalists can use.High effort per campaign, links arrive in bursts, often from high-authority news sites.
Guest postingBuilding topical relevance through articles on related sites.Needs a strong writer and careful site vetting to avoid paid-post networks.
Broken link building and resource pagesSites with solid guides, tools or references to offer.Lower response rates, but links tend to sit on long-lived pages.
Link reclamationEstablished brands with press coverage or old URLs that still have links.Quick wins, limited by how many mentions and lost links exist.

Most campaigns combine two or three of these. A newer site usually starts with reclamation, outreach and resource pages, while a brand with data or a strong point of view gets more from digital PR.

  • Buying links by domain rating. Domain rating is easy to inflate. A high number with no organic traffic usually means a site built to sell links.
  • Pointing every link at the homepage. Your category and service pages need authority too, and internal links alone cannot always carry it.
  • Exact-match anchors on every placement. A pattern of commercial anchors is easy for Google to spot and can be treated as a link scheme.
  • Building links to thin pages. If the target page is weak, links rarely move it. Improve the page first.
  • Stopping and starting. Short bursts followed by months of nothing make it hard to build editor relationships or see a trend.
  • Ignoring links you lose. Pages get deleted and sites redesign. Without monitoring, lost links go unnoticed, so we check the link log every month and ask for fixes where a placement disappears.
  • Not linking internally to the target page. A page that earns links but sits five clicks deep, with few internal links, passes little of that value on to the pages around it.

The fastest way to judge a link building agency is to ask for a sample report from a current campaign, with live URLs. If they cannot show you real placements, or the sites all share the same design and price list, walk away.

  • Methods in writing. A link building company should say which tactics it uses (outreach, digital PR, broken link reclamation, partner links) and which it refuses.
  • Traffic, not only metrics. Domain rating is easy to inflate. Ask how they check that a linking site has real organic traffic and relevant readers.
  • Target pages agreed with you. Links should support pages in your keyword map, not only your homepage.
  • Anchor text policy. Mostly brand and natural wording. A plan built on exact-match commercial anchors is a risk.
  • Ownership of the link log. You should keep a full record of every placement if you stop working together.

Should you outsource at all? If you have a PR person and time for relationships with editors, in-house outreach can work well. Most teams outsource because consistent prospecting and pitching takes more hours each week than they can spare.

  • White-hat only, with full transparency. Every link comes with its URL. There are no secret networks behind our reports.
  • We build assets in-house. Our software development team builds calculators and tools that give publishers a reason to link, which is harder for a pure outreach shop to offer.
  • Links tied to revenue pages. Links are planned around the pages in your keyword map, supported by our content marketing team where an asset needs writing.
  • Senior-led, simple terms. Mustafa sets the link strategy. The minimum term is three months, contracts are in USD from our US LLC, and the links stay yours whether or not you continue with us.

A good fit

  • Sites with solid pages that lack the authority to compete.
  • Online stores that need links to category pages, alongside our ecommerce SEO services.
  • Service businesses in competitive markets in the US, UK, Canada and Australia.
  • Agencies that need white-hat links delivered under their brand through our white-label SEO service.

Probably not a fit

  • You want backlink services that promise a fixed number of high-authority links every month at a bargain price.
  • Your pages are thin. Fix them first with on-page SEO, or links will not help much.
  • You need ranking changes within weeks.

Unsure whether links are your real bottleneck? An SEO audit compares your link profile with competitors and tells you, or you can start with a free marketing audit.

Link building is sold as monthly link building packages or as a digital PR campaign, with a three-month minimum term. Packages are sized by outreach volume, and the monthly placement target is agreed in writing before work starts. Cost is driven by how competitive your niche is (more pitches per placement), the quality bar for linking sites, whether we need to create a linkable asset such as a tool or data study, and how many markets or languages the outreach covers.

Link Building questions

What is link building in SEO?
Link building is the work of getting other websites to link to your pages. In SEO, those links act as votes of trust: they help search engines discover your pages and judge which ones deserve to rank. Links from relevant, well-edited sites with real readers carry weight. Links from networks built only to pass authority can be ignored or lead to a manual action.
How does link building help SEO?
Links help in three ways. They help Google find and crawl your pages, they pass authority that supports rankings for competitive terms, and the anchor text and surrounding content tell search engines what the page is about. Links to a few strong pages also lift the pages those pages link to, which is why internal linking and link building are planned together.
How do you do link building?
Start with pages worth linking to, then find sites whose readers would find them useful and ask. In practice that means reviewing competitors' backlinks, choosing target pages, building a prospect list by hand, sending individual pitches that offer data, expertise or a fix for a broken link, and logging every live link. Buying links in bulk skips the hard part and carries the risk.
What is a link building service?
A link building service is an outside team that earns backlinks for your site through outreach, digital PR and linkable content. A good one tells you exactly where every link came from, which page it points to and what anchor text it uses. A poor one sells a fixed number of guest posts on sites that exist only to sell them.
How much does link building cost?
It depends on the method and your niche. Manual outreach and digital PR take time per placement, and competitive industries need more pitches for each yes. We sell link building packages by monthly outreach volume, with a three-month minimum term and a placement target agreed in writing, shown in the plans above. Very cheap per-link pricing usually means low-quality or network links.
What are the best link building services in the USA?
The best link building services in the USA are the ones that show you live placements from current campaigns, vet sites for real traffic and relevance, and report every link with its URL and target page. Published lists of top agencies are often based on paid placements, so judge providers on evidence. Ask for a sample link log, the tactics they refuse and their anchor text policy, and apply the same test to us.
